Calgary Consortium For Civility, Respect and Dignity at Work was initiated by Pat Ferris along with two colleagues: Michelle Phaneuf – C.Med, ACC, P.Eng Workplace Fairness West, who is a conflict resolution and mediation specialist and Marlene Hope from Committed2Change Consulting who is a workplace respect investigator.

Together we provide quarterly free lunch-and-learns to professionals for the purpose of knowledge sharing and learning.
